Brrrrrr …

Frankly, good people, it’s too damned cold to blog. Even rugged up, the fingers won’t hit the right keys enough times in a row. I want to get around to other blogs as well but am already shivering. Plus didn’t sleep well.
Hope you’re coping all right and see what tomorrow brings.

Here in Gippsland, Australia the sky is blue and 36C is forcast for today. Sweat, sweat.
Much talk of climate change as a result.
I remember England.
Perhaps tomorrow will bring snow…

It is even cold here in the South of France. I have the heating on and am wearing my hat (no hair) and fingerless mitts to type at the computer.
And they talk about global warming …
….but you keep telling us how much you enjoy winter

????
Bloody cold.

@JD
but you keep telling us how much you enjoy winter

Living in a milder climate makes all the difference

I believe the correct terminology is “Climate change” these days. Global warming is un PC since it was proved to be a hoax
I actually feel guilty. I seem to be the only one with the heating on. Ivan has his gloves on. James is rolled up like a sausage. Or are you are all outside with laptops?
I just had a bill for the quarter from the gas company – £560. At what age can we go for this winter warmth thingy?

that’s about the same as my recent bill….. and I have the heating on 24/7 to prevent my head from freezing.
winter handouts start at 60 but depend on how poor you are and if you are on benefits
I hate winter!
