  2. Some might consider him to be an extremely sad individual, but thank heavens there are creative, imaginative folks like him around. The CNC milling table was brilliant.

    I think an alternative method would be to grip the cookies at the outer edge, and run them past a band saw in two passes, thereby cutting out the creme center (US spelling).
