It’s not pleasant, I know – I apologize for nicking Cynthia Bower’s photo from the Sun.
This is the type which needs exposing.
Cynthia Bower was in charge of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust where up to 1,200 patients died prematurely. Immediately after leaving MID Staffordshire NHS Trust [in 2009], the Brown government appointed her as Chief Executive of the ‘Care Quality Commission’ (CQC).
Why?
And of course resigned when found guilty of gagging her own staff from speaking of her mishandling:
