Hallelujah – we can only hope and pray. Meanwhile – just knew it! There had to be some reason Cameron went hell for leather for alienating society from the gays – and here it is:

The men in ermine to the rescue once again. No wonder the commons are so eager to dissolve the upper house.

Many people in this fair country, not enough of them though – they may not even be royalist or for a landed aristocracy – do see that the Lords is the last remaining buffer, the last bulwark against tyranny.
