    Do you remember ages ago not long after the water companies got privatised, and there was a drought and water shortage, there was some priceless footage of a Little Old Granny coming across one of the executives of a Water company?

    They had an argument, she won it, then she hit him with her handbag.

    Brings this whole assault and battery thing into perspective – what man would have the shame to admit he’d been battered, at least enough to complain about it? Hell, I was forever being kicked and punched – it’s what women do. I used to just let her get it out of her system or perhaps it’s her need to know you can rise above it.
