This is about the millionth report of this that I have seen in the last couple of months. Sounds to me like rent seeking or an investment scam – note the name of the construction company…

I’m intrigued by the constant journalistic obsession with what someone might be going to do. How is that news? Yesterday I almost saw a squirrel.
