   Always wanted one of those, but don’t know what it would do to the foundations (suspended floors here too) and the cost of digging one out would put me off. There are temperature controlled versions as well if you’re flush enough, in the monetary rather than menopausal sense.

   Hmm…may have to demolish the garage, put a cellar in and rebuild garage on top. But then I would have to move the Beamer to get to the vino collapso…maybe not! Stick to using the spare bedroom then.
