Mobilization Lead
This person will take have responsibility for large, complex programs often across multiple work streams (People and KT) which may include transitioning work to other geographies, and be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of all the applicable deliverables within that work stream(s). The Mobilization Lead is also responsible for managing Mobilization resources. The scope of these transition activities may be multi-process and span multiple geographic areas.

It’s written in American corporate drivel: note how the ad has British spelling only in its headline.
I assume that British corporate drivel, though obviously based on the American dialect, has distinctive features of its own.
May I offer a quote from the Human Resources Director of Kirklees Council (asked about an advert for ‘a leader with cross-functional experience’ charged with ‘making sure: That the diversity of Kirklees is understood by all in the organisation; is valued as a strength but a strength that challenges us to respond to its complex implications.’)
“The terms used in the advert will mean a lot to the sort of people who are looking at this.”
