Are your answers true of all English-speaking countries?
NO idea. I have always been more interested in their operation rather than their construction
Mark – all correct again. Well done.
Dearieme – I know nothing and never have.
Jams – not even a little bit interested?
I think the answer to your question dearieme is no. They don’t fit with what I was taught 50 odd years ago nor with the standard ‘Building Construction’ by Mitchell.
I assume it is US terminology.
Muntin…what a great sounding word.
In regards to question 3 please ask the question in English. ie. without the jargon (abbreviations)!
Inside and outside. Sorry about the jargon.
