Autumn cometh
If winter is my season, then autumn precedes and delights as well, the entrée before the main course. The hues, the tones of autumn and winter are central to my life, to my spirit and as the days close in, as the mornings and evenings become fresher and nippier, so the mood improves and the colours are easier on the eye, the mist and drizzle comforting.

rain and wind aside, I love the colours of Autumn. Plants in decline have a certain beauty
All the better with well selected images and colours.
These images would also suit Albinoni’s Adagio.
I love Autumn but I miss the warmth of an English summer…
Bring on the autumn.
Nature uses her broadest brush and warmest colors in Autumn making it my favorite season. Time to start putting the garden to bed in anticipation of spring.
