Today
Oh s***, I think I’ve got myself in trouble again. Two days ago there was this lady, see and I knew her because her name is unusual and it was 27 years ago so I wrote and suggested a secure way to go about it but that must have killed it. Anyway, along the way, another lady came up whom I knew from Russia and I thought OK, I’ll just say hello.
She replied and then I took a look at the photo and OM goodness, it’s not her – it’s someone else I don’t know from Eve. Help, what am I going to do? I don’t chase women I don’t know.
Today
I’m deeply suspicious. In the recent past, every time things have got into a routine and everything’s sweet, when I meet the same people along the route each day and we have a laugh, when things get … stable … then every single time, something has come along, something major, to b***er it up.
I wait.
Sick
Threw up once I got to work, just as I’ve done the last two Tuesdays before. This time, however, one of the women came in and reported same and two customers reported same. Finally, one of the staff reported off sick with the same.
Now, that takes care of today – obviously something was going about but how does it explain the previous two Tuesdays? Always on a Tuesday.
Train
They’ve got a really good game on our railway. First they stop the display board from showing which trains are coming, then they put up an announcement instead that they are not showing which trains are coming, advising us to check the front of the train for the destination then, when the train does come, nothing is showing on that panel and you have to guess or ask the passengers onboard.
At this point, an announcement comes over the tannoy that it is an offence to ride a bicycle and/or skateboard and/or rollerblades etc. and if we do, we will be severely prosecuted, plus we’re being watched on CCTV for our protection, then an announcement comes on that they have a shop at the station where we can buy hot and cold drinks, snacks and sandwiches.
I just happened to have some Semtex and blew the station up [bet I'm arrested for even joking].

Were the co-workers also ill on the same days? Could it be something to do with chemicals from a weekly clean?

The sickness thing does sound like an allergy to something.
Sackers – could be. We’re going to observe.
Cherie – I suggested it was an allergy to work but that didn’t go down well. As for the lady – well yes, I suspect that’s what it is.
