Where is the court which will do the right thing?
“Our society needs the person in this picture [left] plus her two accomplices put away for at least as long as Amanda Knox and her accomplices. Minimum 25 years.
Who will stand up and call it for what it was? Murder. This was a murder because they didn’t stop, even when they could see major damage had been done. The animals in this were the girls. The male punched the victim but the girls then put the boot in and jumped up and down on his chest.
That’s not manslaughter – that’s murder.
Now, where is the court which will do the right thing? When will the blood of victims ever be avenged, instead of lily-livered judges continuing to let criminals off virtually scot free?
The blood of the innocents cries out for justice.

Unfortunately for the XY chromosomes involved, due to the sexuality of their victim and the location, this has received more meeja coverage as a ‘hate crime’ than if the victim had been heterosexual.
So they might actually see the inside of a jail cell for a time.
In another district with less media spot light, their age and the guidance on not banging up women for any reason. Would have seen them get a suspended sentence and some sort of community punishment.
It’s appalling.

A shocking story- have they been convicted? The Times article just says the allegation has been made. If they have been convicted or if they are convicted, I agree they should be placed in prison for a long time.
There appear to have been many witnesses. Obviously, if the identity is wrong, they would be acquitted. But there wasn’t much doubt over the actions themselves.
Yes, murder. How this could be a lesser charge of manslaughter is beyond me. The courts need to disregard gender.
