A severe bout of self-renewal up in the Scottish paradise:

200 comments is one of the steps in that direction. 
Andrew’s what one could term a “prize commenter”. Almost every direction he and I come from is divergent and yet we can find common interest in some ways. We’ve had our moments and will have some more perhaps but my esteem for the chap shows no signs of diminishing.

If only changing what was in the mirror made a difference.
I’m coming to the conclusion that most of us have lost a common sense gene. I’m assuming it was practically wiped out by the two world wars because the children of the survivors don’t seem to have any.
Unfortunately for the world, Lord T, the good sense that I have is far from common. So rare, in fact, that few can recognise it as such
