Does "Er..." mean you are wondering if I should be awarded a bonus point too?

People do seem to be enjoying these so more to come on subsequent days.

Should 2 not read Anna Mae Bullock?

I got 1, 2, 3 and 5 right, but only by relying on Wikipedia. On 4, it was no use, and I failed to try harder: silly me, given that what I accepted had nothing to do with films or music.

[Aside: I really should have played at yesterday's maths: it looked such fun. But I'm not good enough at maths to do it instinctively (let alone be a real mathematician); I'm too old to do such complicated things with enough accuracy and reliably to be efficient; and yesterday I was too <strike>tired</strike> lazy to write a little computer program in Python to have done for me the accuracy, reliably and efficiency, though I did realise almost immediately that a programmed solution was the best way.

Best regards
