Dearieme:

I greatly fear that Dearieme has disappeared off the scene with the advent of the new site but one can only hope not.

  1. I’m sure she wil be back James

  2. SHE? Are you suggesting that my wife is a lesbian?

  3. And there was me thinking Dearieme was he!

I hope s/he will be back too, such a wonderful taste in music :-)

Love the sunrise music and the artwork on the vid :-)

  4. Thanks, Jams and Cherie.

I don’t mind saying, Dearieme, I was a little worried. I’m quite enjoying this series and it seems a few others are too.

  5. Why are the comments arse over tit, Hob?
    P.S. here’s a cheery thing.

  6. Keeping it biological, Dearieme – because of teething troubles but all is now well.

  7. What a relief all that is sorted out ;-)

  8. It appears there are more people like me in the world…… So I suppose I should share this piece of music with you.

I am sure you have already heard it a thousand times but let me tell you a story to go with it.

I was recently driving between Crickhowell and Brecon with my family after a lovely Sunday lunch and I drove past this view

With this music playing in the car.

My wife and I cried for the beauty of the moment was overwhelming
it is a must if you have not heard it before it is by my favorite English composer…Vaughan Williams.

  9. By the way how do I get my avatar up?……..no rude answers please

  10. @ The Economic Voice

That really is a wonderful view :-) Very reminiscent of some the scenery I took on my recent hols.

    Love the music too :-)

  11. Its what life is about CherryPie…..good food, wine, music, country side, open fires and conversation with friends and loved ones. The rest is window dressing for a reality that I am not interested in.

  12. @ The Economic Voice

It is :-) but we do just need to add gardens into your list too ;-)

  13. All read. Now, avatar – we’ve been through that here – can’t even get ours up. We think it might be a Theme problem. Need to have one from outside. I’m going into my free WordPress to see if I can do it there.

  14. They should work from free WordPress or use gravatar, before I had my WordPress accounts that is where mine came from. One problem I forgot my user name and password and can’t change the picture!!

  15. I can now help with other people getting their avatars on your blog :-)

  16. Thanks for that – think we need it. How shall they go about it?
